Vintage (1970s) Lenwile Ardalt Handmade Bisque Mother and Chlildren Music Box. Piece is in excellent condition with beautiful detail in all three figures. Measures 10 inches tall with a 6 inch base. No chips, cracks. Music Box plays a soothing tune (can't identify) and is in excellent working condition. The label on the bottom remains intact.
FYI: The Ardalt Lenwile Company Japan was founded in 1895, producing hand made artware. In 1945 the company was handed over to the ROC following WWII. Taiwan was under martial law (1949-1987). The democratic process ended in 1987.
